The property consists of an island-style, two-story main residence of approximately 1,941 square feet
together with a detached single story guest-house of approximately 476 square feet. Both structures
are of the same architectural style and are separated by a swimming pool with approximate dimensions
of 16 feet by 34 feet. A 4 foot removable pool screen is available for guests with small children.
The total land area for this beachfront home is approximately 11,228 square feet. Privacy is achieved
through extensive use of lava rock walls.
The main house and guest cottage are tastefully appointed with Southeast Asian furnishings. Hale Luana sleeps eight adults in the following four separate bedroom arrangements: one king-size (master-main level); one queen-size in guest-house, main level; one queen-size and a set of twin-beds on second level of main house. The main house includes a completely equipped kitchen, TV/VCR, clothes washer dryer, an out-door gas grill, and beach towels. The Guest House has one queen-bedroom and bath, queen-sleeper sofa, and kitchenette. A wireless high speed DSL internet line, with local ISP, is available for guests who need to stay in touch with clients, office, or home The televisions, VCR and stereo system are hidden inside antique armoires. Please note that a "pool screen" is available to protect young guests from pool accidents. The 4' high, vinyl-mesh screen is secured by vertical posts around the perimeter of the pool. The screen can be assembled or disassembled according to the needs of the renter.
